Need Help Increasing Anthropic Claude Model Rate Limits?

I have a newer Anthropic account so when I use Claude models on my clay table it tells me my rate limits need to be higher. But then on the anthropic rate page, it just says "contact sales" and its been 3 days now and have not heard back from them. Does anyone know a faster self-serve way opf just increasing my limit?

You can connect your own Anthropic API key directly in Clay, which cuts costs by up to 90% and gives you direct control over your rate limits. To manage your Anthropic API limits, visit the Anthropic API settings and check the rate limits documentation for upgrading your API tier. With lower tier limits, process data in smaller batches of around 50 rows at a time to avoid the "Retrying" status.

Hey — totally get the frustration here. Right now, Anthropic doesn’t offer a self-serve way to raise rate limits. For newer accounts, the only path is through upgrade/pre-paid amount or their sales team, and unfortunately, response times can vary. In the meantime, your best bet is to use another model unfortunately.
