Hey there, Is anyone else seeing random errors with the Clay formula "Check if URL is valid"? Happens in the last few days in all tables, even if creating a new column. If you still need help resolving the "Check if URL is valid" formula errors, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about the URLs you’re validating or any specific error messages you see?
Dimitar P. I am having this same issue
Got it - you're also seeing errors with the "Check if URL is valid" formula. Since this is affecting multiple users across different tables, it sounds like a broader system issue.
Can you click into one of the error cells to see if there are more specific error details? This will help identify what's causing the validation failures. [1]
Also, what URLs are you trying to validate? Sometimes the issue is with missing or invalid input data in the URL column.
If the detailed error messages don't reveal the cause and this continues happening across all your tables, you may need to ask to speak with a human agent for further investigation.

its happening because of a system issue, not my issue with a table
Got it - if this is a system-wide issue affecting the "Check if URL is valid" formula across multiple users and tables, that definitely sounds like something our team needs to investigate on the backend.
Since you've confirmed it's not table-specific and is happening broadly, you should ask to speak with a human agent who can escalate this to our engineering team for investigation and resolution.

Hi Dimitar - thanks so much for reaching out. I have flagged this as a bug for our engineering team. To get unblocked in the meantime, what you can do here is prepend https:// to the domain values and rerun the column. I believe you should see better results and no errors with this. Let me know if this helps and whether that solves your issue temporarily.
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
