Hello my clay apo for open ai isnt working for claygent. Im getting the error below but I have money on my open ai

For Claygent to work, you need Tier 2 or higher (≥450,000 TPM) on your OpenAI account. Having funds isn't enough - you need the proper usage tier. To upgrade to Tier 2, contact OpenAI's support team and ensure you have the minimum required balance. Check your usage tier at OpenAI Usage Tiers.
