Hey, I had 10K credits available and used the personal email waterfall (5 credits per email), but we ran out of credits after only 118 emails were found. That doesn’t seem to add up. Just to clarify, I used ZeroBounce with my own API key, so that shouldn’t have used any Clay credits either. Any idea what might have caused the overage?

Here is a breakdown of the credits used in that table. You can also review this anytime by clicking the “History” tab in the bottom right. About 4000 credits were used by ContactOut, which costs 12 credits per email address.
