Hi Why is it when I filter for companies on AI look a like and it gives a preview of 900 companies (which is about what I am looking for to then filter down) and the examples all look good but when I update the table 22k companies are pulled through….

This discrepancy occurs because limits or filters applied in your search settings may not be reflected in the preview count. Check your search filter settings for: ** Result limitations (maximum number of company records to import) ** Additional AI filters like company size, industry, or geographic restrictions * Any per-company limits that might be expanding your results The preview shows the total potential matches, but the final import reflects all applied parameters. Adjust your result limitations and filters before updating the table to control the final count.
