Hey Tommy C. , I typically use Claygent as well to find contacts when it’s local business or SMBs. It’s really about the prompt. I tend to go back and forth with ChatGPT, get them to ask me questions to cover edge cases, and ChatGPT will eventually come back with a list of steps they would try taking to find the right contact. It works well most of the time for me, just need to do more testing. Alternatively, openmart integrated with Clay recently - https://www.openmart.com/product-tutorials/clay-openmart They are a database focused on SMB businesses. Might be something you want to look into as well.

For companies from Google Maps, ensure you have LinkedIn profile URLs or company domains as identifiers in your Find People action. Many Google Maps businesses are small/local companies with limited online presence, which reduces findable contacts. Try using the "Find Contacts at Company" action instead, which pulls from Companies, People, and Jobs data sources. You can also use Claygent (our AI web researcher) to find business owners directly from Google Maps listings. This approach often works better for local businesses than traditional people search methods.
