Hi Francesco - thanks so much for reaching out. We've temporarily paused certifications to give us time to enhance the program based on user feedback. We're making improvements to both the scoring criteria and overall process to ensure that all certified professionals meet our high quality standards. We expect to reopen certifications for submission next week or so and will give an update! Thanks for your patience.
Hi Aditi, thanks for the response. But I'm very unhappy with that scenario; I paid $800 for Pro access just to get this cert, which will expire soon. If I have to resubmit under a new rubric I'll probably have to pay for a new month. I wasn't planning to renew until I secure my next client due to the cost. I understand the need to revise the rubric, but submissions should be reviewed under the one that was active at the time they were sent in.. please let us know whether there is a phase-out approach in place for the rubric, and also check the possibility of reviewing prior submissions like mine in a timely way.
