*Request to Unlock Locked Clay Account* Hey guys, I've found myself in a tricky situation! I have an account that I set up with an old company email that I no longer have access to. For some reason, the account has been locked, and I need to regain access.

Unfortunately, if you're locked out and no longer have access to your registered email account, we may not be able to restore access to your account. If you don't receive the "forgot password" email, you likely used Google Authentication to sign up. Try logging in via Google instead. Since this involves account recovery without email access, you'll need human assistance. Click "Talk to a person" to get help with your locked account situation.

Thanks man. I'd like to update the email address for this account. The email address I would like to use also has an account associated to it (as a client sent me a request to join their workbook on my new email, so I had to create a new account). How can I update the email address so the two accounts become one?

When I go to my profile to change the email, the field is not highlighted for some reason

Hi Alex, stepping in for Nicole here. We aren't able to merge two accounts together, we would have to delete one of the accounts. Is this ok with you? Let me know how you would like to proceed.

Hey Luca. Sure, we can delete the account associated to the email alex@responseformula.com, then change the email on the alex@apasclients.com to alex@responseformula.com.
