Issue with Missing Clay Subscription Credits from Affiliate Link

Hi Everyone! I purchased a Clay subscription using an affiliate link but the 3000 additional credits that I was supposed to get were not added. Can someone please look into this?

To receive 3,000 credits from an affiliate/referral link, you must: 1. Visit clay.com using the unique referral link 2. Not clear mandatory cookies that tag the referrer 3. Use the same browser from visit to signup 4. Become a paying customer If all conditions were met but you still didn't receive credits, you can fill out this form: https://clayhq.typeform.com/to/pV2u1kxs#intercom_id=xxxxx You can also check your referral status by going to workspace settings and clicking "Referrals". Unfortunately, we can't grant referral credits if the referral link wasn't used properly during signup.

I filled the referral link form but haven't heard back. Can someone please check this manually?

Hi Swagatam, Thanks for reaching out. I've gone ahead and taken a look at your account and saw a 3000 credit reward submitted to your account May 22nd from the referral link. On my end it shows they were uploaded to your account but if there are any issues on your end I'm happy to chat further. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with. -Nicole

Hi Nicole! That credit was credited for completing the Clay cohort and not for going through the referral link and purchasing a plan. I bought the plan on June 25th via the referral link

Hi Swagatam! Sorry about the confusion there. Clay cohort offered you a referral link for 3k free credits, you used it, and then the credits weren't debited? This is a newer program so I will circle with the team to get more info here. Do you have a picture of the referral offer or anything like that I can send to the team? Hey Gabriel! No, that's not the case, I completed Clay cohort and did get the credits on May 22nd(note that at this point I didn't buy a paid plan) and then on June 25th, I bought a clay plan through the referral link of a course I bought from Stackoptimise and after buying the plan, I didn't get the 3000 credits that were ensured. Here is a screenshot of the button I clicked inside the course. I can share the referral link if you want as well

I filled this form earlier as well. But, I have filled it again. Please look into this and manually attribute the credits if possible.
