Performance issues with AI columns can occur when there are large tables and multiple actions running simultaneously.
Try a hard refresh first:
** Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R
** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
If columns are still lagging or stuck, click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to jump start the run. This helps recover from performance issues without additional charges.

Yep, if AI columns are still stuck after 6+ hours, that’s not normal.
Do this:
Try refreshing the step or re running selected rows
Check for any missing inputs or dependencies blocking the AI step
If it's widespread send the table link to support@clay.com or post in Slack they can escalate it
