Change Data Source in Apify Table to Prospeo

Hi I have a table with apify as a data source. How can keep the exact same table but change the data source to prospeo for instance?

You can modify your existing table's data source by clicking the source column title, then clicking "Sources" and the name of your current source, and selecting "Edit source" to change it to Prospeo. Alternatively, you can delete the current source and add a new one by clicking "Delete source" in the same menu, then clicking "Actions" → "Import" to add Prospeo as your new data source. Note that editing the source won't retroactively update existing results - you'll need to re-run or duplicate the table to see data from the new source.

if i click on "edit source" there is no way to change to prospeo

You're correct - "Edit source" only allows you to adjust settings within the same data source type, not switch to a completely different source like Prospeo. To change from Apify to Prospeo, you'll need to delete the current source and add a new one: 1. Click the source column title 2. Click "Sources" and your Apify source name 3. Click "Delete source" 4. Click "Actions" → "Import" 5. Search for and select Prospeo Note that this won't update existing results - you'll need to re-run the table to see data from Prospeo.

Maxim Karl Are you just looking to keep the columns but just change the source? Or are you looking to keep the data already on the original table?

I want to keep all columns and all the data that is already in the table, but change the source. so ideally instead of apify record there is prospeo record in the new rows that are added

and then run all enrichments I used to have for apify for all prospeo leads

1.
Create a new table with the source being Prospeo
2.
Recreate all the columns in the new table
This way, you get to keep the Apify Source, and also have a new table for the Prospeo source. And you can combine them afterwards if you want to! (And dedupe accordingly)

How can I set prospeo as a source?

Maxim Karl Ahhh I made a mistake, I realised Prospeo can’t be set as a source. Are you looking get leads downloaded using Prospeo into Clay? Or are you looking to use Prospeo to find emails of those people in your table?

I see. I’m not an expert in Prospeo, but I would imagine you have to use Prospeo (You may have to use it with Sales Navigator), and extract it into a CSV of leads first. Then upload the CSV into Clay.
