Need Help Adding a Use AI Column in Spreadsheet

Cant select it

The "Use AI" option being grayed out indicates it's not available on your current plan. Use AI requires a Starter plan or higher to access. [1]

You can upgrade your plan to unlock the Use AI feature, or use "Add enrichment" for other data enrichment options that are available on your current plan.

I have the starter plan already

Since you have the Starter plan, the "Use AI" option should be available. If it's still grayed out, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. [1]

The Starter plan includes access to Use AI features with GPT, Claude, and Gemini models. [2] If the issue persists after refreshing, please ask to speak to a human for further troubleshooting.
