Issues with Adding Columns in Sculptor: Help Needed

Is there any reason why Sculptor fails to add the option to "Add" the column based on the prompt input (see image attached). It seems like a 50/50 on if the ability to add the column will appear, or if I have to retry the prompt several times, refresh, etc.
