Improving People Searches: Filtering Out Former Employees

When I find people based on a list of companies I'm seeing quite a few people that used to work at the companies but no longer do. Some for >12 months. How can I remove these false results from people searches?

To exclude people who no longer work at companies, turn off the "Past experiences" toggle in your Find People search settings. This toggle controls whether the search includes past experiences in results. When disabled, it will only return people currently working at the target companies, filtering out former employees. You can find this option in the Find People modal under the search parameters section.

Past experiences are already toggled off and I still see people who havent worked at companies in >1 yr

Hey Joe, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay on this. If you've toggled the Past Experience to off and are still seeing contacts that aren't currently at the companies being searched for I'd love to investigate. In order to do so, do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
