When setting up phone waterfalls, you should manually select the input column if Clay hasn't automatically detected the correct one from the dropdown list. [1] You can configure your waterfall sequence by reordering, adding, or deleting data providers, and enter the required data inputs to set up the enrichment properly. [2]
To troubleshoot field selection issues, access the waterfall through Edit Column > Full Configuration where you can adjust and reorder the sequence of enrichments according to your workflow requirements. [3] Waterfalls are now editable, so you can modify any waterfall to add, remove, or replace providers and re-run without recreating the entire setup. [4]
