Common triggers and conditions for tables & pulling email addresses

I really hope someone can lend a hand. Just two questions:

  1. 1.

What triggers or conditions you usually incorporate into your table? Ex. you're a recruitment agency, and you wanted to target companies to help them get pool of candidates

  2. 2.

What conditions you need to have in order to pull up email addresses?

I haven't got the table just yet, but if you could help me out by answering my questions above, I'll be off to a great start ..

Hi Jimvie, thanks for getting in touch! to pull the emails I would do the following steps: 1. Identify the companies., create a table for this and use the linkedin enrichment 2. Identify the decision maker, once the companies table is set up click in the top right corner "find people" and enter the titles to find the decision maker 3. Pull the email of the decision maker using the work email waterfall, check the screenshot please:

Thanks Juan P. another noob question. 3. How to exclude duplicates when running conditions in a column? Ex. I've got multiple contacts within 1 company, and I'm looking to set up my triggers based on the company's growth. How to set up the conditions so that the triggers only fire up for unique companies and not the duplicates? 4. How do the credits work? Do they roll over for unused credits or do they get refreshed a month?

Credits get refreshed every month unless you are in an enterpriese plan, in this case there is a rollover.

Regarding the duplicates, the formulas targeting prevoious rows are having some issues, my advice is to export this into a csv, perform the filtering, once you have it not duplicated, import, enrich... and then use a lookup function to pull all the enrichment to the main table, a lookup function doesn't cost any credits.
