AWS Issues Cause Clay Website Functionality to be Affected

Hey Everyone, You may be noticing some issues on Clay right now (our Data Enrichment Actions/Company/People research and other services are impacted). AWS is currently experiencing increased error rates and latency in the US-EAST-1 region. This may affect some features on our website, which might not function as expected. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will share updates as more information becomes available from AWS. While we're experiencing AWS-related issues affecting enrichments, you can try these immediate fixes for stuck enrichments:
Force restart stuck enrichments:
Click the column header of the stuck enrichment
Hover over "Run column" and select "Force" to jump-start it
For individual cells:
Click on stuck cells showing "waiting for inputs"
Click "re-run this cell"
Toggle auto-update:
Turn auto-update off and on again, then accept the run prompt to update all rows
Monitor our status page at https://status.clay.com/ for real-time updates on the AWS issue resolution. [1]
