Error Integrating OpenAI Key with Clay: Model Access Issue
Integrating my Open AI key with Clay, it gives error on Test & Save - "The model gpt-4o does not exist or you do not have access to it."

There is no balance in your open AI account, you need to add some balance in there to get access to model
Tanvi R.··Hi Fahad, thanks for reaching out and thanks Muhammad for chiming in! Muhammad is right - it looks like you need to add credits to your OpenAI account or upgrade your tier. We require 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. If you’re trying to use Claygent with a model lower than Tier 2, it won’t work. However, ChatGPT will still work fine in these cases. You can check your ChatGPT usage or limits at the following links: • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers Their support team will always grant you the request if you have prepaid the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.
