what works better with clay : phantombuster or apify?
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey, thanks for reaching out Great question! 😊 It really depends on your use case: • Phantombuster is great for quick social media scraping and automation tasks (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). If you need easy-to-use automations and quick integrations, Phantombuster is often the go-to. • Apify is more powerful for web scraping, crawling large websites, and handling complex data extraction. It’s better suited for more advanced and scalable scraping needs. So, if you’re doing social media tasks or simple scrapes, Phantombuster might be the better fit. For more advanced web scraping, Apify would be the stronger option. Let me know your specific use case, and I can provide more tailored advice! 😊
Can I pull message history from a linkedin contact ? Can I pull whether or not I’ve sent a connection request and whether or not the connection request was accepted ? Can I pull sales navigator inmail history from a particular contact ?
Which tool would be best for that ?
Hey, I recommend checking Phantombuster to see if it fits your needs for scraping LinkedIn data, but it may have limitations for pulling message history or InMail details. Give it a try and see if it works for you! 😊
does clay have any integrations to any of the linkedin automation tools (aside from phantombuster)? i.e dripify
Hey there Miguel thanks for reaching out, we currently have an integration with Lemlist. However if any of the other LinkedIn automation tools have an API we have Webhooks + HTTP API that allows people to connect to basically anything with an API. You can use a webhook to pull data into a Clay table and then our HTTP API integration to push it back out. This video made by one of our Clay experts can show you how to setup an Webhook or HTTP API using Zapier within a Clay table to connect with external APIs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTfmeWTeyPM&ab_channel=BrandonCharleson-AIPoweredJunkie
