Hi I am trying to 'Find Warm Intros to Company' through the managed The Swarm account. It just says 'Awaiting Callback' but never updates. Have tried hard refreshing without luck.
The "Awaiting Callback" status might be due to processing delays with The Swarm integration. Try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Perform a more thorough hard refresh:
• Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari)
• PC: Press Ctrl + F5
2. Check if you've provided all required inputs:
• Your company domain
• Target company domain
• Optional: Job function and seniority
3. The issue might be related to API processing limits, causing delays in data retrieval.
