Claygents don't work. Domains are not empty, i'm using clay-managed accounts and prompts from templates. Previously worked properly, now just cells are just not running
Try a hard refresh first - Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
If that doesn't help, check your OpenAI API tier. Claygent needs Tier 2 or higher (≥450,000 TPM) to run properly. [1] Recent updates made token usage estimates more conservative, which can cause rate limiting on lower tiers.
Also make sure your search queries are specific and well-defined, and try breaking large requests into smaller batches.

Try clicking on the specific cells that aren't running - they might show "waiting for its inputs." Click "re-run this cell" to get them working.
If that doesn't work, click the column header of your Claygent column, hover over "Run column" and select "Force" to jump start the run.

i was using the same prompt previously it always worked
tried re-running and force running - didn't help
