Hi! Iām having trouble getting storeleads to work. I want to scrape shopify stores that installed klaviyo in the past 30d but itās not finding any results. Any ideas?
Store Leads enables you to find e-commerce stores using specific keywords, locations, technologies, or e-commerce platforms from their extensive database. For your specific search (Shopify stores with Klaviyo installed in the past 30 days), ensure you're using the correct filters in the Store Leads integration. The integration allows filtering by technologies and platforms. If you're still not getting results, the issue might be related to the update schedule - Store Leads data refreshes every 24 hours and may be outside the refresh window. You can manually trigger an update by clicking the Store Leads column header and selecting sources. Could you share more details about your current search parameters or paste your configuration so I can help troubleshoot further?
I attached a screenshot
Store Leads enables you to find e-commerce stores using specific keywords, locations, technologies, or e-commerce platforms from their extensive database. The integration allows filtering by technologies and platforms, which should support your search for Shopify stores with Klaviyo technology. Since you mentioned attaching a screenshot but I can't view image attachments, could you describe your current search parameters or paste the specific filters you're using in your Store Leads configuration?
Hey there Steven thanks for reaching out, in this case rather than using that prompt, you can use the filter for "Apps install date" and enter in the specific date you want to search for.
Hey LuisArturo hmm itās still not working. Even if I do just shopify with no other filters it says no results found.
Hey there Steven made a loom going over this for you since there's quite a bit to go over: https://www.loom.com/share/771369e3e61647e789b230e8a24047ce?sid=fe50edf0-1a74-4f43-85bc-3247a6818c0d
LuisArturo thank you! That worked. Is it possible to have this run automatically where it adds stores that installed in the past week?
LuisArturo or can I just leave the settings like this and it will only add new stores every time itās run?
Hey - Steven B. I have this problem solution, So basically In Clay, use StoreLeads enrichment "Filter Apps Installed" set to "Klaviyo" and add this filter: text App Installed Date within last 30 days If you don't see results: Use "Installed Klaviyo" filter alone first (no date) Then add a formula column with this condition: clay daysSince({App Installed Date}) <= 30 Filter the table using that formula column (TRUE values only).
Hey Hunain, thanks for jumping in! Steve, does the solution work? Let us know, if not happy to dive deeper :)
Hunain F. thanks for sharing that. I donāt see the option for app installed date within last 30 days. It just has āapp installed atā and if I did the 2nd option it would use a lot of credits and not systematically find the stores that recently added klaviyo. I would basically have to load all of the stores and then filter by date. Daniel K. any idea how this could work?
Hey there, You're rightāStore Leads doesnāt have a direct āinstalled within the last 30 daysā filter. But here's a workaround that should help: You can still use the āApp Installed Atā filter and set a rolling date rangeālike filtering for installs after a specific date (e.g. 30 days ago). While that doesnāt automatically update daily, you can combine this with a scheduled search in Clay to keep it fresh. Hereās how: ** In Store Leads, set your filter to āApp Installed At > [insert date 30 days ago]ā. ** Save that search. * Then in Clay, use the Store Leads integration and set it to run on a scheduleādaily or weeklyāso it always pulls the most recent matching stores without reloading everything. This way, youāre only pulling new stores with Klaviyo installed recently and minimizing credit usage.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions! Have a great Thursday, Daniel
Hey Steven, Yes, youāll generally want to keep "Update existing rows" turned OFFāespecially if your goal is to discover net new stores without burning credits on data you've already processed. Hereās a quick breakdown: Turn OFF "Update existing rows" when: ** You're only interested in finding new stores that match your criteria ** You want to avoid spending credits on rows you've already imported ** You're running scheduled searches for ongoing discovery Turn ON "Update existing rows" when: ** You need to keep existing store data fresh (e.g. if store details might change) ** Youāre doing regular data hygiene or syncing across sources ** You want to ensure every row always reflects the latest info How it works: ** With Update OFF, scheduled runs will only pull in new stores. Existing ones are left untouched, so you save credits. ** With Update ON, existing rows are re-processed every timeāwhich can eat up credits quickly if not needed. For most Store Leads workflows, keeping it OFF is the way to go unless you're intentionally refreshing your dataset.
Great, thank you!
Hi, I can get this to work for technology but not apps. How can I get storeleads to show apps that were installed after a certain date?
It doesnāt have the filter to select the app. Just the date.
Hey Steven - Happy to take a look at this. Can you send over the link to this table so I can take a look? I believe it may be different than the previous link you sent
