Select the amount needed and click Continue The new credits will be added to your balance instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle. Note that credit top-ups cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit on your existing plan.

I see that you're currently on a free plan - I'm not seeing any old paid plans associated to your account, so not sure where you would have accrued those 5k credits. Could you clarify where you spend these 5000 credits, a table url would be helpful as I'm not sure whether I'm referencing the appropriate workspace here.
I went ahead and added those credits back to your workspace as a one time courtesy. I suggest that you either turn off auto update for the individual columns you don't want to run, or turn it off for the entire table. Here's how you can set either up: Column specific - Go to edit your column, and navigate to run settings, here you can do this:
