getting really weird results when I use Google enrichment - either I'm getting all the same linkedin profiles or when I just try to perform a search on google (query is in the middle column), they're all coming back with no results
The "No Results" issue with your Google searches is likely due to how your queries are structured. Try using Google search operators to improve results:
Put names in quotes for exact matches: "Lincoln Carda"
Use site:linkedin.com to focus on LinkedIn specifically
Add AND/OR operators between terms
Try: site:linkedin.com "Lincoln Carda" AND "Dietitian"
For finding Company and People profiles specifically, the "Find & Enrich Person from Google Search" integration works better - just include the person's name and company with a space between them like a normal Google search. [1]
Also make sure your search queries in the middle column have proper spacing and aren't too restrictive. [2]

Hi Valerie - thanks for reaching out!
It seems you didn't have your columns mapped in the input. I've gone ahead and linked the columns in your google Search input and it should work now!
awesome thank you! I had also tried to make a flexible query where if there was a value in "U.S. State" it would also take it into account (which is why the query looked funky) - should I have written it differently?
Hmm - I think the problem was it wasn't registering the input at all. Usually you'll have to do /column name and map it into input for it to be configured correctly! I've taken that into account now so that if theres a value in US State, it will input that into the query!
hey michael - I'm using your new formula in the query and I'm still getting some very weird results. I have a name and a US state and then it returns someone with a completely different name and state

Hi Valerie, sorry for the confusion. Jumping in for Michael here.
There are a few reasons why the Google Search results may show a different person or state. First, the "U.S. State" field in your column is missing, so that information was not used in the Google search. Where did you source this list from? Do you have U.S. state data you could add to the column?
Also, the name in the results may differ because the Google Search action runs a standard Google query and returns the top 5 results based on Google’s algorithm. It tries to find the best match using the inputs provided, but the results are not always accurate. In some cases, the LinkedIn profile for that person may not exist.
If your goal is to find LinkedIn profile URLs, adding more input details will help. You can replace text "Linkedin" to "site:https://www.linkedin.com in the Google search query so the results are more likely to return LinkedIn pages. I am happy to walkthrough more detail if you need. Please let me know. Thank you!
