Configure Reddit Listener for Slack Notifications on Mentions

I have a table which is a Reddit social listener. It runs daily. How can I configure it so that when a new mention is found in reddit and a new row is added to the table, it sends me a notification in Slack?

To set up Slack notifications for new Reddit mentions in your Clay table:
1.
In your table, add a Custom Signal to monitor Reddit for new mentions and set it to run daily. [1] [2]
2.
When configuring the signal, add an enrichment for Slack notifications—select your Slack account and choose the channel for alerts. [3] [4]
3.
Save your signal. Each time a new row is added for a Reddit mention, a Slack notification will be sent automatically.
