Updating CRM Import Data in Clay After Domain Changes

Hello, I have a question about Importing from a CRM. I have a Segment companies in HubSpot with no domain. I used Clay to successfully pull domains for about half of them and export back to HS. Now the Segment is half the original size. How do I go about updating the table in Clay? Clay is still showing all the companies in the original segment, even half now have domains.

To update your Clay table with the current HubSpot segment data, you'll need to re-import from HubSpot. [1]
Click "Actions" → "Import" → "Import Contacts from HubSpot", authenticate your account, and select your updated segment. This will pull the current segment data (now with domains) into a fresh table.
Alternatively, use the HubSpot "Update object" action to sync specific records if you want to update individual companies rather than re-importing the entire segment. [2]

Clay keeps the original table rows; to update domains, enrich the same table again and map the results back to the existing rows instead of creating new ones.

You're correct! Clay doesn't automatically update existing table data when source filters change. [1] To update your existing table with the new domain data from HubSpot, you'll need to re-run the import step or delete and re-run it to see the updated results. [2]
The table won't refresh automatically because Clay doesn't reprocess previously generated data - you need to manually trigger the update by re-running the step that generated the original data.
