is there any way in a find people table, to lookup the company name in the find company table and pull through the headcount?
Yes! Clay automatically links your Find Companies table to your Find People table, allowing you to extract company attributes directly into your people data. [1]
You can use the Lookup Single Row or Lookup Multiple Rows actions to pull headcount data from your company table into your people table. [2]
For headcount specifically, you can also use enrichment integrations like:
These allow you to get headcount data based on company identifiers like LinkedIn URLs or domains that you already have in your people table.

That first suggestion is 5 credits/row when the data already exists in the Find companies table.
You can pull company headcount data into your Find People table by using the automatic linking between your Find Companies and Find People tables. This lets you extract company attributes, like headcount, directly into your people table without using additional credits or manual configuration. Just rerun the lookup column in your Find People table to sync any updated information from your Find Companies table. [1] [2] [3]

How do i rerun the lookup
To rerun the lookup and sync updated company information into your Find People table, click the header of the lookup column in your Find People table and select "Force Rerun Column." This will refresh the data and pull in any new or updated details from your Find Companies table. If you’ve added new columns to the company table, force running the column ensures those values appear in your people table as well. [1] [2]
Did that answer your question?

How do i use the lookup multiple rows and then return the company size when it finds the company in the find companies table
ive ended up doing this; Lookup multiple rows, pull through that random code for "size" and then a formula that if result = 1 string then 51-200 or otherwise 201-500
