Hi Malik - when we previously left off this conversation, you had mentioned the issue was solved as someone emailed you from the form. Could you provide context as to what the state of the issue is currently if you don't mind?

Yes, someone did email me but all they did was introduce me to a GTME. Can you please supply me with a preferred email for my IT team to reach out to. It's been two weeks at this point.

After they introduced you, did you follow up with the team about the ask you had for the risk assessment? The intro was made to help you to get to that

I'll send another email to who reached out I guess? But I asked Andrew about this when we met last week too. That's why I was asking if there was a preferred email to send the request to
