We have paid the monthly billing amount yet my credits have not refreshed - I am trying to reach out to support from the website but the help button is not responding
When your Clay plan renews, there may be a 1-2 hour delay before credits appear in your account due to transaction processing times.
This delay occurs because our card provider needs time to process transactions. For example, if your renewal happened at 12 PM, your credits might not appear until 1 PM.

Hi - thanks so much for reaching out! I just checked on our end and see that the payment for this month failed, which is why the credits were not updated into your workspace. I'd recommend retrying with a different payment method and seeing if the payment goes through
