Troubleshooting Zero Bounce API Key Error: Support Needed

Hi Clay support team! I have issues with Zero Bounce API key. It shows some error, please see the screenshot. It can work for a few minutes and then error again

    Hey, thanks for reaching out - It's typically because the API doesn't work but right now I'm checking in your table and both APIs seem to be working, can you confirm?

    Yes, they are working, but the issue still persists. The waterfall enrichment is not being created

    I also wanted to make a screenshot that says 'failed to create waterfall' but the pop up notification in the left bottom corner vanishes too quickly

    I've raised your table enrichment limit to 39 - Can you try again? It should be working perfectly now :)

    Hi there! Yes, the issue is no more there, the waterfall enrichment was successfully created but another issue emerged. When I click the 'run the work email' button the waterfall does not act like supposed to, it starts with the first prospecting tool, in our case the LeadMagic, and than stops, so I manually need to click 'Validate LeadMagic'. After that another prospecting tool starts working automatically, but then again, I need to manually click the ''Validate this one'. and so on. It used to do this process automatically but now I need to do it manually

    That's because the Auto-Update has been switched off. That can be at the enrichment level (open the waterfall, scroll to auto-update) or at the table level (at the bottom right). You can see it here for the table level :) [App: Article Inserter]
