Impact of New System Update on Clay Team Credits

Credit loss typically occurs when auto-update settings cause unintended enrichments to run across your table. Auto-update allows Clay to enrich any new rows added to your table automatically, which can result in unnecessary credit usage if rows are added by mistake or before you're ready. To prevent future unintended credit usage, turn off auto-update while building your table by going to Run Settings and toggling off the Auto-Update button, or turn off an entire table from auto-updating by clicking the three dots next to your table name, then selecting "Auto-Update Columns". You can also use conditional runs to ensure enrichments only run when specific conditions are met, preventing unnecessary enrichments on disqualified leads.
