My credits are gone (referral + cohort)
Credits can disappear for several reasons: Credits spent on deleted tables: Credits are consumed when used on tables, even if those tables are later deleted. Check your trash folder for any deleted tables that may have consumed credits. Credit rollover limits: If you're on a monthly plan, unused credits roll over but are capped at double your plan's monthly limit. Excess credits beyond this cap don't carry forward. Referral credit requirements: For referral credits to be awarded, the referred person must have successfully subscribed to a paid plan using your referral link. To check your referral status, navigate to your workspace settings and click "Referrals" to monitor your referral activity and credits earned. If you need further help, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
