Is there any way to dedupe a sheet against another sheet?
Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) π«Ά Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table π
Hey Alex, thanks for reaching out! Not a straightforward way to dedupe in a single click like you would do inside a table but you can use our Lookup Record to find matches and then remove those. Here's a video- https://www.loom.com/share/72f4e67e20424ba7a784ca9a5056f1a9?sid=0194f8b1-d773-4aaf-a40b-dbb34c279656
Let me know if you run into any issues!
This is great thanks. Is there any way to push a row from one sheet to another based on specific criteria?
Yep, the other option to push and create rows to another sheet is using Write to table, here's a quick video: https://www.loom.com/share/841cc9c009194f1688bbd134b3e4f388It doesn't necessarily need a list to work, you can also push single values with it and in the settings you can give it a conditional formula so it only does it when it meets the parameters you need
Not really what I was looking for. I want to write a row from one table to another automaticallyu
Hmm, sorry, could you elaborate a bit more on what that would look like or what it involves? For example, are you writing existing data from table 1 to then create a row in table 2 with those same values?
SO I have a sheet that Iβve already built a bunch of process in to (call it the MASTER SHEET) . I want to find new companies on LinkedIn and add them to a new sheet. Take New Sheet > Lookup whether row value exists in MASTER SHEET > If Value exists, do nothing > If Value does not exist > Copy row to MASTER LIST
Got it! So yeah, a combo of lookup and write to table is the way to go for this. 1. Add lead to Master Sheet 2. Run Lookup to search for any match in new sheet 3. If no match, then write to table creates a new row
As mentioned, write to table also works without giving it a list, not sure if that was the confusing part.

It is cause the select list looks like an error if you donβt have one
The whole box gets highlighted red
I guess if you just leave it blank and donβt add a value, you donβt see that
yeah, that was a bit confusing, but I think I got it now. Thanks!
Ah, there are two sections where you can give it data. "Add data from list" and "Add other data from table"... you can skip the first and just use the second section
Maybe it was highlighter because of that. Either way, if you run into an error, let me know!
