Whenever I try to search for people I keep getting an error when I go to set the limit results. Can someone please help?
The "Limit Results" feature in Find People allows you to set a maximum number of results per search. You can set result limits at either the company level or global level. If you're experiencing errors when setting limits, try these steps: • Check your limit settings: You can set either a total limit on search results or a limit per company. • Refresh your browser: Use Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R to refresh. • Verify your search parameters: Make sure other filters aren't conflicting with your limit settings. If the error persists after trying these steps, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.
Megan - Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
After I get the error the entire page refreshes and clears my filters so there isn't really a table https://app.clay.com/workspaces/332625/w/find-people

I clicked continue and am seeing the table now. Is there another issue here?
Since yesterday ever time I try to find people and add my search criteria, as soon as I try to enter criteria into "limit results" I get an error and it refreshes my page so all my criteria disappears and I have to start over

Have you tried any of these basic workarounds as well?: Immediate Workarounds 1. Try a different browser or incognito mode - Sometimes browser cache/extensions can cause form issues 2. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) before starting your search 3. Build your search criteria gradually - Save your work frequently by running smaller searches first Specific to the Limit Results Field • Enter only numeric values (no spaces, commas, or other characters) • Stay within reasonable limits - Very high numbers can cause timeouts • Try leaving the limit field empty initially to see if the search works without it Alternative Approach If the issue persists, you can: 1. Run your search without the limit field first 2. Use Clay's built-in filtering options after the results load 3. Export and re-import with your desired limits

I went ahead and did the refresh but seems like there's a new error now
Actually now it seems to be working on Safari
