Credits Downgrade from 95k to 4k: What's Going On?

I had 95k credits that I thought would rollover for at least a month and now we just got downgraded to 4k?!?!?!

The credits were what's been keeping me from building an in house system to build our lists. We're changing up our system right now and I intended to keep using clay but without credits keeping us on here, it's alot easier to consider swinging the investment to build it in house

This support experience has been horrible. I've been a paying clay user for months. I love the platform but this feels wrong

Bo (. is there any way I can access these credits? Even for a day? That's $1500 that's now gone. I was under the impression they would all roll over for a month

credits don’t roll over on Clay, they reset each billing cycle. If you had 95k unused, they expire at renewal and your account just resets to the plan’s monthly allotment (4k on the downgrade)

Ok thanks. It's capped at 4k credits and I didn't realize that would happen. If I did, I would have used them all as we have data that we need to use those credits to enrich
