I have created new API keys, but it made no difference
Same outcome with any of the GPT 5 models
interestingly, I see the same issue with o3 and o4. all of the GPT 4o and 4.1 models are fine

its on every clay table where you use GPT 5. see one below as example. We are on Tier 5 OpenAI usage and have looked into limit settings on API end - we are maxed out. This is a Clay issue.
