Best Way to Find CEOs and Decision Makers in Startups

Hey everyone, (moved from other channel) I have a fairly basic question but trying to find the best way to maximize credits and worlflows. I’ve pulled a list of companies and linkedin company URL. When I try to ‘Find People’, It either pulls a small percentage of the list, or pulls 4 or 5 teammates from the same company. My main objective is to find the CEO. These are all startups, so it’s often to find co-founders and then spend a bunch of time trying to figure out who the main founder is. What is the best way to find the CEO or the startup decision maker?
