Issue with Updating Monitor Interactions on Professional Posts

Hi Support, I am using the monitor interactions with professional posts feature. I last ran it earlier this week to get my results. I'd like to re-run it on that same table as more interactions have happened on the post it's linked to, but it's not updating any rows. Can you help me find out why?

Clay doesn't automatically reprocess previously generated data when you re-run enrichments. To see updated results with new interactions, you need to either delete and re-run the professional posts column or duplicate the table with the updated source. Additionally, professional posts data providers don't use your session cookies, so results might not always reflect real-time visibility and some entries can be missed. Try reloading those rows after some time to see if the provider returns more complete results.
