*** Hello Clay S. I have a tricky one. I have one sheets of companies, which has a couple of columns, including once that contains Top Buyers Profile. On a second sheet, I have the contacts that are listed to that company in my CRM. I’d like to add a column on the company level (TRUE / FALSE) that determines if my CRM has mapped out all Top Buyers Profiles. How can I achieve that?
To add a TRUE/FALSE column at the company level that checks if all Top Buyers Profiles are mapped to contacts in your CRM:
Use the Lookup Multiple Rows feature to pull all contacts for each company from your CRM sheet into your companies sheet, matching on a unique identifier like company name or domain.
Add a new column and select Formula.
Write a formula that checks if every Top Buyers Profile for a company exists among the mapped contacts. For example, use logical operators (&&, AND) to compare the Top Buyers Profile list with the contacts list.
The formula should return TRUE if all profiles are matched, otherwise FALSE.
Save the formula to create your TRUE/FALSE column.
Was that helpful?
Would that not be easier to achieve with AI cause I do not necessarily need an exact mapping
You can use the "Use AI" column in Clay to check if all Top Buyers Profiles are generally mapped to contacts in your CRM, even without exact matches.
Add a new column and select "Use AI."
Choose the "Content creation, manipulation" use case.
Write a prompt like: "For this company, does the list of contacts in our CRM generally cover all the Top Buyers Profiles listed? Return TRUE if most profiles are represented, otherwise FALSE."
Optionally, provide context fields (e.g., company name, Top Buyers Profiles, CRM contacts).
Define the output as a boolean (TRUE/FALSE).
