Hey! How are you doing? have a very serious problem. I've been waiting for 24 hours for this table to update. My Apollo credits have already been deducted, but I don't see the data reflected in the Clay table. It seems like there might be a bug. How can I fix this?
When you change source filters or add new data, Clay doesn't automatically reprocess previously generated data. Even though your Apollo credits were deducted, the table won't refresh until you manually re-run the step. To update your table: 1. Delete and re-run the step, or 2. Duplicate the table with the updated source You can also manually trigger an update by clicking the Apollo column header and selecting sources. If you need further help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Hey Nicolas,
Large tables can take a while to process, and I can see from your screenshot that everything appears to be running. When enrichments are queued, rows can finish in random order, so you might see results appearing gradually.
Since your Apollo credits were already deducted, the data should populate once processing completes. Can you check if you're seeing any results come through now?
Let me know if you have more questions.
