Hey, I recently completed some of the modules on the cohort and haven’t had my credits assigned to my account. Please could someone help with this?
Credits may take 1–2 hours to appear in your account after a plan renewal or transaction due to processing times with our card provider. Did you complete the modules more than two hours ago, or are you still within that processing window?

Hey chiming in here after taking a look: You were in Cohort 16 so you should know that we've changed the credit awards to only issue 3000 completion credits to those who complete all 5 assignments. You can no longer earn 500 credits/assignment.
Thanks for your replies Bo (. Arpit C. Sorry I didn’t see that. It is a bit frustrating as it wasn’t made clear on the clay cohorts website anywhere, the total showed “2000 credits earned” so I assumed that’s what I was getting. Admittedly I wasn’t really active in the slack so I’m assuming the message was put in there, I didn’t see it
That's right, it was communicated via the cohort channel in Slack but the website was also updated.
