Hi Obinna, Happy to take a deeper look at this. Can you confirm that you did this for you Iazmedia.com account with the email of obinnacoolinz@gmail.com. From our end, when I check the stripe and billing accounts it shows that you are on the free plan and no upgrade has been initiated so I want to check if there is possibly a different account or workspace you may have upgraded. -Nicole

Hi Obinna, Looks like we found the issue! It seems to be under a different workspace and account. Right now you are logged in from obinnacoolinz@gmail.com to access your starter plan i'd recommend signing into the workspace associated with ---> obi@iazmedia.com Let me know if this fixes the issue.
