The Instagram "Find company profile" action requires a Starter plan or higher. Since you're already on the Starter plan, this action should be available to you. Hi Obinna, Happy to take a deeper look at this. Can you confirm that you did this for you Iazmedia.com account with the email of obinnacoolinz@gmail.com. From our end, when I check the stripe and billing accounts it shows that you are on the free plan and no upgrade has been initiated so I want to check if there is possibly a different account or workspace you may have upgraded. -Nicole

There is a small issue with that. I no longer work with iazmedia, and that email is no longer active
So is there a way we could make obinnacoolinz@gmail.com the email of the account I have a seat for?

Hi Obinna, Appreciate your patience as I looked into this. It is a bit more complicated since you already have an account under obinnacoolinz@gmail.com and your previous email is no longer active, I am unable to update your other account. I think the best course of action in your case could be to cancel your subscription on your previous account and resubscribe on your new account. -Nicole

Hi Obinna, I wouldn't recommend cancelling your Gmail account since you don't have access to your other account, and this is the workspace you intend to work through going forwards. What I can do is give you a refund for the payment that you made yesterday, and then you can go ahead and resubscribe on this account. Let me know. -Nicole
I meant to delete the Clay account originally associated with the obinnacoolinz@gmail.com account, not the email itself. I have a lot of tables and data on the obi@iazmedia.com account and wouldn’t want to switch. So the ideal scenario for me is to:
Delete the Clay account associated with obinnacoolinz@gmail.com
Change the email of the Clay account I paid for to obinnacoolinz@gmail.com
Would this be possible?
