Hi Clay Support What plan do I need to use the “Pull instagram followers” action in Clay. I’m on the starter plan and it’s still asking me to upgrade to use the action
The Instagram "Find company profile" action requires a Starter plan or higher. Since you're already on the Starter plan, this action should be available to you. If you're still being asked to upgrade, there might be a technical issue. Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. Hi Obinna, Happy to take a deeper look at this. Can you confirm that you did this for you Iazmedia.com account with the email of obinnacoolinz@gmail.com. From our end, when I check the stripe and billing accounts it shows that you are on the free plan and no upgrade has been initiated so I want to check if there is possibly a different account or workspace you may have upgraded. -Nicole

Right now you are logged in from obinnacoolinz@gmail.com to access your starter plan i'd recommend signing into the workspace associated with ---> obi@iazmedia.com Let me know if this fixes the issue.
