Hi is there a way to find out what time Clay manually pulls in data from a Hubspot List into a workbook? Ideally, I would want this hourly but it looks like a daily sync is the best i can do
You can actually set HubSpot sources to update hourly, not just daily. CRM sources including HubSpot can be configured for hourly updates. To check your current sync schedule, navigate to Sources in the column containing your data import and select the HubSpot source in question. The default setting is 24 hours, but you can adjust this frequency. For immediate updates, you can also manually select "Update now" in the source menu to pull new records right away.
This is the frequency I am getting Table can be found here: Clay | ⚡️ Import objects from Hubspot Table
like you want to find out what new contacts are being sent to HS?
Looks like you're on the right path!
I think the only other thing I would suggest is adding a custom field that lets you know that it was a Clay contact that was sent. That way, when you do the create or update function in clay, you know when the last time that particular person was updated.
Hey Annika, just wanna touch base - were you able to get this sorted out?
Just in case you're still wondering about this, on the Pro plan, HubSpot sources can refresh once per day at most. Hourly updates are only available on our Enterprise plan. If you’d like more frequent syncing, moving to Enterprise would be the way to go. In the meantime, some Pro users use manual refreshes when they need updated data more urgently. Hope this helps!
Hi Mitch - thanks for letting me know! Would you happen to know what time the daily refresh happens? I can work my Hubspot workflow around that time.
No problem. So if you click on an individual cell in the HubSpot source column, you'll see a subsection that says "Updated at," and that's the last time that the source has been updated.

Thanks - It doesnt look like there is a uniform time these are updated. Is there anyway to change this?
