Frustration with Lack of Response from Clay Support

I sent a message to Clay support on June 18 and have been following up since then. It's been 72 hours, and I still haven’t received any response. I also reached out on Slack, but there’s been no reply. This is getting very frustrating. What’s going on with Clay support?

June 19 is a holiday in the US which is causing delays – you'll just have to wait for them to get back to you.

Who is responsible for support? I've been trying to reach the team for the past 72 hours with no response. Clay automatically consumed all my credits and deleted my table. I'm completely stuck and need urgent assistance.
