Clay Trial and Credits: Questions about Paid vs. Free Version

2 questions. I signed up for clay around the end of May. I was given the extend my trial link to get another two weeks when I signed up for the Cohorts class, but I'm down to 8 days left now. I will just finish the class (I think). I will have credits left over, what happens to them if I don't get a paid version? Is there a non paid version? If I do get a paid version do my credits carry over?

When your trial ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your remaining credits will stay on your account until the end of your billing cycle, then will be capped at 200 credits (2x the 100 monthly credits for free plans). Yes, Clay offers a free version after your trial ends. If you upgrade to a paid plan, your existing credits will carry over and the new credit allotment will be added on top of your current balance.

So... The next payment of $0 will be charged on Jun 18, 2025 The billing email is deliverability@threeredboxes.com Means my free trial and monthly billing ends on June18th? So if i don't get a paid plan by then I lose all credits?

When your trial ends on June 18th, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, but your remaining credits will stay on your account until the end of your billing cycle. After your billing cycle refreshes, your credit balance will be capped at 200 credits (2× the 100 monthly credits allowed on free plans).

You can find your billing cycle end date in your account settings: 1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner 2. Select Settings 3. Navigate to Plans & billing in the sidebar 4. Your billing cycle information will be displayed there, including your next payment date This is the date when your current billing cycle ends.

If you stay on the free plan after your trial ends, your remaining credits will stay in your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
