Hi there, I had to receive 1000 credits for cohort, but I see only 600 left. Nothing was spent last 10 days. Why? Account 646313. Thanks much!

You should receive 1000 credits when joining a cohort, issued automatically the week before the cohort starts. If you only received 600 credits instead of the full 1000, this could be due to: ** Credits being partially used for cohort exercises ** A processing delay or technical issue The 1000 joining credits are issued only once per workspace, even if multiple users join the cohort. If you need further help resolving this credit discrepancy, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
