Troubleshooting Claygent Prompt Scraping Errors and Row Issues

Trying to figure out what I did wrong with this Claygent prompt - for some reason there's an error happening during the scrape: Loom Table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356911/tables/t_k9uwnMjUFYuF/views/gv_XUy5Rd5iSPKt Row 173 is the one I happened to catch—now I'm wondering how many others are wrong?

Hey Anthony! Thanks for reaching out.Happy to help. It looks some of those urls are restricted on Facebook (see screenshot below). What this means is it is not publicly accessible and Claygent is not able to scrape that sentence from the page. Another option to check for Facebook ad data is using an an Apify.com actor to scrape for the company's Facebook page for this information. This requires you to have an account on Apify. Daniela D. thank you - it still doesn't explain how in my one example here where the agent was able to go to the page, but ended up returning the wrong answer. 🤔

Hey there Anthony thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Daniela, there seems to be an issue with Claygent getting confused by the prompt here. Will notify the team that this is occurring so that we can address it, in the mean time I added some credits back to your account to offset any inaccurate results you may have gotten from Claygent.

No worries Anthony, understand the hustle. As Daniela mentioned Apify is a good alternative here, as each of their scrappers is essentially made to run and execute the one goal they were made for, so finding an actor that can do this will return the results you are looking for in this instance.
