Hi Support, getting this error from Find Professional Posts. Even though the linkedin profile URLs are correct.
This happens because our data providers don't use your session cookies or aren't logged in as you, so they can't always access the same profile information you see when browsing directly.
Try reloading those rows in a bit - the provider might return more complete results on retry. We're working on improvements to make this more reliable.
For better accuracy, you could also connect tools like PhantomBuster or Apify in Clay, which let you run searches using your own session.
Is that what you were looking for?
it will give you error use third party like b2b enrichment to find the professional post
You're right! For more reliable professional post data, you can use third-party services like Apify or PhantomBuster through our integrations.
You can also connect any B2B enrichment tool that has an API using our HTTP API feature - this lets you connect to tools not in our native integrations list. [1]
Another option is using Claygent with advanced AI models like Argon or GPT-4o for web research to find post data.

Thanks for the response. But was this changed recently? Because I remember using the same workflow / enrichment previously and it worked. It was able to pull the source using the same (person linkedin URL)
The functionality hasn't changed - this is an ongoing limitation with our data providers. They don't use your session cookies, so results can be inconsistent even with the same URLs.
What you experienced before was likely when the provider had better access to those specific profiles. The same URLs can work sometimes and fail other times depending on the provider's current access.
Try reloading those rows again - you might get different results on retry.
Does this help clarify?
