How to Wrap Text in Google Sheets for Full Cell Visibility

Is there a way to format a cell so that I can see the full text? The way you would wrap text in a google sheet?

I wanted to format the last few columns so I can read it all at once without having to click in. I tried by formatting in the actual prompt but it didn't do it
