Hi - I'm pretty new to Clay and just received this message when trying to run some enrichments (for 138 people) - see screenshot below.... What would be best practice to capture the remaining 38 here?
For the remaining 38 people, here are the best practices: Run Additional Enrichments: ** Add more data providers to your waterfall to increase coverage ** Use conditional runs to target only the remaining 38 people to save credits Test First: ** Always run a test on 10 rows before scaling to review results Optimize Credit Usage: ** Filter to run enrichments only on the remaining contacts that need data * This prevents re-enriching the 100 people you already have data for The waterfall will continue through providers until it finds valid data or exhausts all options.
Hey Zachary - Just wanted to check in, were you able to figure this out?
Am I understanding the following correctly? -- I'm able to run 100, and then run the remaining 38 separately but in the same workbook ?
Hey Zachary! Happy to look into this further - do you mind sharing your table link so I can take a closer look? Feel free to respond to this from the chat icon within Clay as well
Hey Zachary! I just took a look - the message you are receiving is not referring to the row limit, but rather the column limit. Specifically, I believe your table is encroaching on the "Action Column" limit of 40, meaning you cannot have more than 40 action columns within the same table. To get around this, I would recommend trimming some of the providers within your waterfall actions to conserve action rows, which should allow you to run further actions. Hope this helps!
If I do this, will it delete any of the met conditions?
Example - Stephanie here
Hey there! Yes, if you remove a provider from the waterfall, it will also remove the results corresponding to that provider.
